ZÉ (pronounced Zay) is a South African singer-songwriter and multidisciplinary artist known for her emotive voice and genre-blurring sound. Drawing inspiration from artists like Florence Welch, Sia, and Nina Simone, she creates music that ranges from intimate acoustic moments to cinematic, layered soundscapes.

 

She began her career as the lead vocalist of LU FLUR, releasing the acclaimed EP Floriology in 2013, before stepping into her solo work with Solivagant Lights in 2017. ZÉ has also explored the electronic space, collaborating with House music producers such as AJourneyOfMilez, Eltonnick, Migosy, Ndinga Gaba & Wilson Timba on a series of releases. Her music is rooted in feeling—crafted to offer listeners a sense of escape, introspection, and quiet beauty.
